We don't overpromise. We tell you what to expect, including when a case looks like it will be slow or complicated. Where others will give only estimates, we work with the trustees to let you know exactly how much is owed to you.

The legal side
Our legal team includes main counsel, local counsel in the states we work, probate counsel, and litigation counsel when a case needs it. The attorney is the only party who ever holds your funds and distributes checks.
Only Where We Actually Have Relationships
We don't try to be everywhere at once. Over seven years our legal team has built working relationships with trustees in the states where we operate, and that relationship does more to determine how fast your money moves than almost anything else.
